This program, offered by Swami Umeshananda, will launch us in our exploration into the living breathing power of silence and will help us prepare to enjoy extended periods of deep meditation. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the Intensive and practices of Siddha Yoga. Orientation to the Intensive If you are unable to attend the Prelude, and this is your very first Intensive, please plan to attend the Intensive Orientation on Saturday morning, Saturday, August 24th from 6:45-7:15 a.m. in Shambho Hall. (Please note: the Orientation will also be offered Sunday morning for those joining the Intensive for Sunday only). Post-Intensive Satsang The Intensive is a threshold to a new chapter in our sadhana. The Post-Intensive Satsang is intended to support us in fully realizing the benefits of the Intensive. Please join Swami Umeshananda on Monday, August 26th from 7:30-9 p.m. in Shaktinilaya Hall as he guides us in contemplating our Intensive experience and exploring ways we can integrate it into our lives.
