hi, you still sound a bit depressed..and you have a Big Mission to 
accomplish for Amma that doesnt' leave much room for depression & 
hesitation! The internal stuff is always a challenge for us, isn't it? So 
are you still thinking about promoting Shanti Shanti, doing concerts for 
Amma, etc? Or has this been changed...?

I still have to send you the outline, it is on my computer & I'm emailing 
from Mark's. Will send it before I leave. I know you want to go to Penusila, 
but it would seem that for many of us going every year is too much. Maybe 
this time for you is for developing your fundraising strategy, healing work 
with Choa, and preparing for the changes coming to you. That  is a lot of 
work.

I hope you don't stumble around in the ethers for too long, it can be 
rewarding but also difficult to re-enter & stay focussed. Choa is wonderful, 
but he also teaches that we must be very focussed & directed on this earth 
in order to thrive...
